I still find it hard to believe that some people have not heard about Active.com but it is true. I just told my doctor about it as he was looking for information on road races. So world – I am here to inform you that you need to check it out. Active.com lists all athletic events that are open for participation and also has lots of practical advice. From the serious athletic competitions to kid fun mile walk.runs…everything is listed. You can even set alerts for your area based on what you are looking for. Bonus…even if you are traveling, you could find out if there is an event where you are going. Which reminds me…I am currently not signed up for ANY events right now! Need to make that happen!
