I’ll do ANYTHING to avoid cooking – hate it with a passion!!! Well why bother cooking with all these new restaraunts to try? We went to Semolina for a late lunch yesterday. I’m no dummy – go late enough in the afternoon so you get off the hook for lunch and dinner! I had the most delicious salad. It was:
The Malibleau Beach Salad: crisp green apples, raisins, walnuts & sesame seeds in a wave of Balsamic vinaigarette tossed with fresh greens and topped with Bleau cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
My son & I shared a 4 cheese pasta that was delicious & the kids all cleaned their plates – no problem! Hubby had some Jambalaya pasta. Bummer – no leftovers.
