I hope that I speak for the other ICS chili cooks when I say we were proud to help you out in this endeavor.
This was truly a labor of love for all of us. From Burro Bob sending his great stuff and books, to Ray Barry(NY) and Mario Saccicio(CT) both new cooks really stepping up and helping, to myself having to fight with the post office about what was in my box to Skip….it was all so worth it when we saw the pics from Skip.
