Princess Whinalot and I are quickly becoming farm girls on this 80 acre farm outside of Leavneworth (I did some time there – lol), KS. We have spent the week in boots and jeans while rustling chickens etc… I have now mowed about 5 acres and really enjoyed it (please don’t tell my husband that). My only complaint is internet connection has been sketchy, but that is OK too. Oh…and the stupid rooster named Sequel who pecks at me at every given chance. Apparently I am supposed to show him who is boss by carrying him around (no thank you).

My dear friend is happy as a pig in you know what since she gave up her high paced life and took up farming last October. I think I’ll just visit…I like having neighbors around and just kids, Chulo the Stupor dog and cats to care for.
