I always look forward to your enthusiastic posts about living near New Orleans. We are moving to New Orleans next week from California. We have been transferred to New Orleans after living on central coast of California for 4 years. Although the transition will be tough, (our son will be a senior in high school this fall) – we are looking forward to staying together as a family and finding all the positive things about living in New Orleans. So I will check your blog to see what others have to say….

THE WEATHER! I can roller blade in February! – although that probably won’t be much different for our new friend Liz coming from Cali, but for a northerner, that is golden!
